THE PROBLEM
Lacking a consistent voice, look, and strong brand experience.
When I joined LuckyTruck, there was little marketing and brand management. I led brand and marketing by increasing and refining a many channels and touch points.
THE APPROACH
The brand story I created was rooted in the main assets a trucker fundamentally cares for - drivers, vehicles, and commodities. This turned into a metaphor of a line that connects these essentials along a path that they add in the platform and maintain.
